Pro

NOK 399

per band, per month — or NOK 3990 a year, which is two months free.

Everything in Free, plus:

  • Band inbox
An email address for the band, plus one per date. Everything a promoter sends lands on the right show instead of in one person's personal inbox.
  • Riders, stage plots and advance packs
Riders, stage plots, the input list and the advance pack — the documents you send to the venue, generated from the band you have already set up.
  • Shared venues and contacts
Your own venue database and address book, shared across every band you run, so a room you played last year is already filled in.
  • More than one band
Run more than one band under the same organization, with shared venues, contacts and roles.

Running several bands

Management companies pay per band, and the price per band drops as you add them.

BandsPer band / month
1 NOK 399
3 NOK 299
6 or more NOK 249

Venues, contacts and roles are shared across every band in the organization, so the second band is faster to set up than the first.

AI assistant

NOK 149 per month, on top of either plan. It reads the advance thread and drafts the schedule, so you check the day sheet instead of typing it. Priced separately because it's billed by use rather than per customer.

Questions people actually ask

Do I pay per person?

No — and we don't intend to. Tourscape is only worth anything when the whole band is in it, so charging by the head would be charging you for the thing that makes it work. Bring everyone, including crew and deps.

Is the free plan a trial?

No clock. One band, everyone on it, the whole schedule — free for as long as you want it.

What happens when we stop touring for the winter?

Your data stays put. Drop to Free and the schedule, roster and chat keep working; the inbox and advance packs wait for you. Annual billing is cheaper if you tour in seasons.

Why is email on the paid plan?

Because it's the thing that turns Tourscape into where the advance actually lives — the promoter's reply lands on the show it's about, not in one person's personal inbox. Your addresses are ready within a day of asking.
